Getting a good branch would be difficult. But, you can try for other branches. With this rank you would get a government college, but it will be good or bad that depends upon the seat availability.
There is another facility of home state and other state of every government college.
But, do check out the various colleges previous year opening and closing rank. You will get a rough idea about which colleges you can apply for. All the best. -

You can only get the admission in any good NIT, only if you belongs to the SC/ST category. Otherwise, you won't be able to get the admission in any of the college. -
