Can I get a good government college for B.Tech in electrical engineering in UP?
I have scored 204 marks in UPTU and a general category rank of 41608.

To be honest there is a very rare chance for you to get in any government college in UP. Better if you take another chance to score above 300 or go for some other option. You can also choose B.Sc with a technical subject.
