In case you have category quota, you might hold a chance to get into the home state probably. Yes, chances are quite less. But you might be lucky enough to get it. So, good luck!

It may be possible or not. You have a good percentage in 12th class so few colleges are giving admission by seeing the 12th percentage. One of the college in Rajasthan was Govt Engineering College-Ajmer, you should try for this college.

You may get a seat in NIT's as in NIT-Hamirpur, etc. Just give a try.
