Can I get a good job abroad?
I have completed class 12th. Also, I have done web designing certification course.

It will be very difficult to get job abroad with your current educational profile. You are advised to undergo graduation degree such as BCA beside some industry recognized certifications to increase your chances of getting job abroad.
