B.Tech CSE/ IT/ECE are defacto theentry level standard educational qualifications in Indian IT industry both in Apps Development and IT Infrastructure Operations Management. You may not get developer job after Diploma in Computer Engineering. You will get lower end technician jobs after Diploma. If
