Yes. Jobs are depended on your skills and your hardwork, sincerity, your company repo etc. And you can pursue M.Com. From a private institute also. Take it in correspondent form.

MBA in distance learning also fetch you good jobs but more interactive and learning new skills from college as full time MBA is more good.

It totally depends upon the institute you are in and the scope of degree in that, further you can check the placement records for the same and then opt for that institute.
