I have completed UG and now planning to pursue distance MBA.

Most of the big Indian companies and MNCs prefer recruiting MBA grads for entry level management roles from top B-Schools. MBA grads who are done studies you distance learning are eligible to apply against open vacancies advertised from time to time based on experience and skills.
