Can I get a good job in Germany or any other country?
I got one of my legs operated due to some medical issues and the marks of stitches is still there.

There is no restrictions in admission due to medical condition in majority of International Universities unless there is a specific medical criteria for a degree or course. You will not face any problem because of your surgery markings.

Surgery markings on body had no impact on job in any part of world.
