I will suggest you to do M.Sc. in the same, microbiology. As Masters degree will give you a handsome salaried job and it will open some more ways to your success.

As Mumbai is a mega city and there every person must have minimum 2 or 3 years degree and you may get a job for yourself. All the best and do M.Sc.
