Can I get a good job with high salary package in the marketing field after completing MBA from a top B-School like IIM?

Studying from a top college does gives you a benefit of grabbing the best placements. But eventually, you have to have the capability and skills to sustain that level of job in a progressive way. I have seen many good MBA aspirants from good institutes (not the top ones) - started with a mediocre job but gone up very high in career with their skills and capabilities. On the other hand, I know a few IIM MBA aspirants - although got their first job very lucrative but could not stabilize and had to come down to little lower level. So it is all in you. Go for IIM - to get good opportunities as a fresher but improve your skills and confidence level to grow even higher. All the best.
