Can I get a good placement and summer internship in MBA if I failed in 12th in 1 subject but cleared it and scored 62% later?
I have 80% in 10th, 62% in 12th and 8.5 CGPA in my UG.

Yes, you can get a good placement and summer internship in MBA even if you have failed in 1 subject in class 12th because MBA is all about management.
