    Indeed, why not. Your abilities are more significant. Simply put, a paper qualifying cannot result in victory. Success is yours if the degree is recognised and you perform well.     Yes, why not. Your skills are more important. A paper qualification merely can not be the win. If the degree is recognised and you go good, obviously success is yours.
