can I get a good salary after computer engineering? I have just completed my 10th.

Computer engineering is a discipline that integrates several fields of electrical engineering and computer Science required to develop computer hardware and software. Students who are interested in programming, software development, computer Science and have good analytical and reasoning skills may pursue this course. B.C.A. (Bachelor of Computer Applications) is a slightly similar course. But B.E./B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering is bit more detailed and is a much more valuable Degree! Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 Science stream students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, who have passed board examination from a recognized board are eligible to pursue this course. Students must also have appeared for state level entrance examination to be considered eligible to take part in the admission process. As compared to the government sector, private firms offers excellent pay packages. In India a fresh graduate in computer engineering can get a starting salary of Rs.25, 000 Rs.45, 000 and within 1 or 2 year of experience it may gradually increase to Rs. 75, 000 or more per month.

Hi Shubham, CSE is the most sought after and most preferable branch of engineering. People choose CSE over other core branches because CSE provides good exposure, better job opportunities and even better packages. These things only lure students to opt for CSE, so you may opt CSE branch to have a bright career. All the best.
