I belong to a poor family (BPL) and my father isn't able to pay the fee. Also, my rank in B.Sc (H) in bio is 93 from ST category.

Yes, with your rank you can get it. But, the decision is at the decision of the college. The admission process would be the same and you can check the scholarship status.
