Can I get a government college for aeronautical engineering with 40 marks in JEE Mains & 89.5% in 12th from GSEB (Gujarat board) with PCM?

Yes, you can get, but what's score of GUJ-CET because for ACPC, it is 60:40 ratio of GUJ-CET and board result.

GUJCET result is not declared but I am expecting 85 and above. Can I get admission in Gujarat for AE?
