Can I get a government college for B.Arch as I have got 172 marks in JEE Mains (paper 2) with 42000 rank and 71% in class 12th (CBSE)?

Yes, you might get a government college. NIT will be difficult. Go for some regional engineering colleges. Or some state universities like Chandigarh college of Architecture, Nirma University amd similar other institutions that provide degree in B.arch.
