You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.

With your marks and rank, it is not possible to get a govt. college. Try a private college like Manav Rachna, it has excellent placements.
