Can I get a government college, NIT or IIT as I have got AIR 47,000 in JEE Mains?

I got 109 numbers in advance and disqualified. My WBJEE rank is 5400. I belong to General category. I'm interested in Computer science and civil engineering and chemical engineering also.

    By your JEE marks, you are not getting IITs and your advance marks in not so good that you get IITs you can get NITs or any GFTIs by this rank so you take part in the counseling from 19th June.
