Can I get a government college through UPTU? My CRL rank is above 6 lakh and OBC NCL rank is above 2 lakh.

No, you do not get any government colleges with a 6 Lacs rank because for UPTU counseling, only your CRL rank is considered unless your CRL rank is very high. But you can get admission to many good private colleges with this rank. Like

For UPTU counselling only your CRL rank will be considered. But I thing you can't get a government college with this rank. You can either think for private college or give your self one more year for the preparation.
