Hi Yash, you will most probably get a government college like YMCA in Haryana. But it depends On which stream are you going for and from which category you belong to. Please be clear with your question and ask again. I tell this scenario if you belongs to a general category.

You have good chance of getting some NIT and many of the state government college with this rank and general category. Just go through the college predictor at shiksha.com. It will help you while selecting college to fill in counseling.

Yes, you can easily get of the NIT or any GFTI till the last round of the counselling.

Yes, you may join in a private college. If you qualify JEE, then you may be able to take admission in a government college.
