You can try but it depends on how much other students from your state getting in NEET, i.e. UP MERIT LIST.

Yes, you'll be getting good government medical colleges in All India Quota Counselling as well as State quota counselling in your state. Kindly, attend the counselling.

Yes, you may get a government college on the basis of NEET score.

Yes, you will definitely get a college in UP with this score, but you may expect a private college because a government college needs a score of 580+ in NEET exam. Best of luck.
