Can I get a government engineering college with 70000 rank (102 marks ) in JEE Mains?

    Yes, you can try the government colleges of Rajasthan, you might be able to get one there. All the best. :-)

    Yes, you can get admission in colleges under Punjab University. The counselling will be done through JAC Chandigarh. You can check their official website for more details.
