Yeah! Sure... Companies like CDOT and CDAC visit IITs and BITS for placements. If not through placements you can also apply when they advertise a call for in the newspapers. You can get a job in ISRO or government banks also. Every company needs a computer engineer so yeah it's possible to get a gov
