No, it's unlikely that you'll be able to get a government MBBS seat with 480 marks in NEET, even if you belong to the SC category:

    Marks required

A score of 565 or higher is generally required to get into a government medical college.

    Rank

With 480 marks, your rank would likely be between 35,000 and 42,000, which is too low to get a government MBBS seat.

    Minimum marks

The minimum marks required for MBBS in the SC category is 163–129, which is the 40th percentile.

    Good score

A score of 600 or higher is considered good, especially for SC/ST/PwD category candidates.

    A score of 500–600
