Can I get a government or private college with 33514 SC rank in JEE Mains and 76% in class 12th? Should I fill the JOSAA form?

    You may get some tier three collegeI would suggest you to take a drop year and appear again for the exam. As you have SC quota you could get good colleges if you score above 150 in JEE Mains.
