Can I get a govt. engineering college for B.Tech? My JEE Mains rank is 143000 (OBC) and my COMEDK rank is 14957.

I hope you are doing well. You can check the list of colleges including NITs and IIITs that you can get according to your marks and rank. Use Shiksha JEE college predictor:

Yes you can get any government other than IIITs and NITs. You should go for state counselling process where you can get a government college of your state.
