Can I get a job after CCNA certification at this age?

I'm 35 yrs old BSc(PCM) & MBA(MKTG)(distance) from SMU.I have exp in pharma sales in 2 mnc companies but i left job as i was not liking outdoor job. Can i get job in networking now?
