Can I get a job after completing B.Tech in software engineering or do I need to pursue M.Tech?

If you do B.Tech software engineering from a prestigious Engineering college with good faculty and placement records, you can easily get a job in campus placement. If you do B.Tech from a below average Engineering college then you may have to do M.Tech from.a good college to get a good job.
