Can I get a job after completing BBA, if there is a gap of 4 years in my graduation and 2 or I need to do MBA?

Hi Im Lijo from kerala now im 23 year old just now i joind for BBA course, I had passed my plus two in the year 2006.I lost my 4 years after my plustwo I really ambitious to get a job in any MNC`s Is there any possibility to get a job after this or MBA plz advice
