Can I get a job after computer science engineering if I start the degree at age 24?

I joined mechanical engineering in 2013, I was not interested in it, my parents didn't let me change the branch. I couldn't complete it, I failed in it. I want to forget about it and start a new life.

In computer Science engineering, the main and most important thing is that your knowledge matters rather than your score, no matter what your age is, so you can opt for this at any point of age, if you have knowledge, you can have job.
