Can i get a job after i do diploma in civil engg from ICE(Institute of Civil Engineers,India)?

I am 34 yrs old,B.Sc. graduate.I have no work experience in civil or in any engineering line I only have 5 yrs pharma sales experience.I dont know how long it will take to pass.Can I get a job after completion at the late age when I pass?I am in deep crisis.Pls advice me genuinely.

I would suggest to use your 5 year sales experience for your Career growth . With your experience you can opt for executive MBA or SAP . It would not be right decision to switch over to any Diploma courses at this stage .
