Can i get a job after i do diploma in civil engg from ICE(Institute of Civil Engineers,India)?

I am 34 yrs old with no experience in civil engineering field. Will it be right or wrong decision for me? Pls dont suggest me MBA & pls tell me to the point concisely.

You should get a masters in engineering, as your diploma will not fetch you jobs of your choice.
