Although, LLB cannot be done through distance learning but still you can do LLB from any state university affiliated college along with your job because they consider the pupil's job profiles which do not allow them to attend regular classes thus they waive off the conditions of attending regular classes and you can just appear in exams, while continuing your job.

With your current qualifications itself you can get a good job. I will suggest that you do LLB distance learning with your job to get legal knowledge. By the way. you can not practice law after LLB by distance learning as Bar Council of India does not accepts LLB distance learning degree for registering new legal professionals.
