100% job guarantee does not depends upon just getting the degree from SRM or any other institutions. Getting a job involves criteria like your personality, communication skills, subject knowledge, etc.

Why not, institute does not have influence over jobs. Your placements are depends on your skills and knowledge. So, if you wish you can join there.
