IIM-Ahmedabad is the best B-School in India and a lot of students get international jobs. Students get jobs in Dubai also. Salary is based on the profile of the student. If you are able to pick up a job after PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad, it will be the best in the industry. All the best.

There is no much difference between BBA and BBA (Hons). Honours courses have more depth and coverage. You can do any specialization of your choice in MBA.
