Can I get a job in IT field with single sitting degree?

With single sitting exam, you will hardly learn anything. It is advised to go for a full degree program and learn things. After that you will get a good job.
With single sitting degree, you will neither learn anything, nor will get a good job.

You may still go for a distance course and show that you are pursuing it currently. Don't just go for single sitting exams as that would be waste of money with no jobs afterwards.
Join internship initially and ask the firm to keep you as full time employee.
