Can I get a job in MNC or any popular IT company by doing BCA by any (UGC) recognised institutions?

You can get job of Developer & Tester in Small & Medium size IT companies after BCA. You will be able to move to MNC or Large size IT companies after few years of experience. If you do MCA then you have multiple good career options.
