    It will be better if you find the job here in India first and then after gaining some experience you may move there. TATA Motors have announced some openings you may just look out for it.
    If you want to still move to USA then go for MS by clearing GRE and TOEFL. After that you may get jobs there.

    Try to get a job here at first, get some experience, learn the things, get new skills after all expertise then take a jump to US.
