Getting a job in the US after completion of MBA in India completely depends upon from which college you have pursued and which stream or specialisation you have opted for.

If you are targeting job abroad, you must get admission in:
1. IIFT – Delhi.
2. FMS – Delhi.
3. IIM – A.
4. JBIMS – Mumbai.
