Can I get a job with single sitting degree certificate?

I have completed B.tech biotechnology in 2013 but i have 13 backlogs till now and i am sure they will not complete. i want to do single sitting degree to get a job. even 10k salary is enough for me. so there are many companies offering jobs for B.tech students will accept my single sitting degree?

    In regards to your question, whether there is any difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option.
