Can I get a marine engineering college at 58.69%?

Asked about Indian Maritime University (Chennai Campus) - B.Tech. in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering

I want admission in a marine engineering college. I've got 58.69% in PCM and 68% in total. I want to become a marine engineer.
