Can I get a PhD degree in computer science/application without NET/GATE score? I live in Delhi.

I have done Masters in information Science with 9.5 CGPA.

    You may apply for it in different colleges. Many colleges do not ask for NET or GATE. They may have their own procedure of selection. Even you mag apply for several private colleges.
