Can I get a post-study work visa abroad after graduating from an Indian branch campus?

No. Graduating from an IBC in India does not qualify you for destination-country post-study work permits.

Those visas require physical presence and study inside the host country on an international student visa.

IBC graduates can apply for standard direct-hire work visas if sponsored by an employer.
