Can I get a reputed college with 54 marks in JEE Mains and 91.2% in 12th? I have got 4700 rank in UPES and 4462 in IMU.

Sorry to say, but you have not qualified for JEE Advanced i.e, you have not cleared JEE Mains cutoff.
But, you have got descent rank in UPSEE
So, I suggest you to go for UPSEE counseling
