Can I get a reputed institute for computer Science engineering?
My JEE rank 63 . I didn't qualify state entrance exam

See you must have mention your category. Seeing your marks of JEE if you are an SC/ST canditate then there are some chances to get govt. Or other good state college. But also it depends on your 12th %. You didn't mentioned it. If you are an OBC or general candidate then you will have to see private
