Hi Amn,
Why would an Indian university provide you scholarship to study abroad? The university abroad would give you a scholarship if you have a good profile. You must have good grades and a strong profile, scholarships are given on merit.

Okay, Sir! Thank you but I have a doubt that my sister was 1st in her entire college so college provided some funds for higher education.
