Yes, why not, Chandigarh University definitely has a special scholarship for students who perform well in JEE Mains. As far as I know, the scholarship is based on the All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Mains.
If you score a very good rank, you can even study with a 100% scholarship. If your rank is up to 25,000, you will get a full 100% semester fee scholarship.
