Can I get a scholarship on the basis of my merit of 12th class because I can't afford such a huge amount of fee?

I have completed my 12th from most prestigious school Kendriya Vidyalaya & have scored 90.4% in 12th.

There are several scholarship programs in India that give 100% scholarship to bright students. These programme are available at many places. Some scholarships are also given on need basis. The best help you would be able to get is from college you are studying in. They know about the scholarships applicable to you and will guide you through the procedure.
