Can I get a scholarship to pursue designing from a good college?
I am a 12th pass candidate and my financial condition is not good.

Ananya,
Apply for designing course in LPU. The university offers scholarships to students on various parameters thus, will solve your issue of finances.
Also the university is reputed for good placements.
