    Yes, with 84.8% overall in Class 12 and 77% in PCM, you are eligible for the Integrated M.Tech programs at VIT-AP. The minimum requirement for general category applicants is 65% in PCM. 

    Vellore Institute of Technology admission is based on merit, considering your PCM aggregate. While your scores meet the eligibility criteria, selection also depends on the overall applicant pool and seat availability.
